A contract between the customer and Little Legend for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyer's credit or charge card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched, plus postage where appropriate), and the goods have been adopted. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Our goods are provided to customers on the basis that title will not pass until a period of 14 days has elapsed since the items were despatched. These terms apply regardless of the method of payment used in relation to the goods. Little Legends total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the value of goods supplied by Little Legend to the customer. Little Legend shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Little Legend cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment, catalogue, or website.

We accept most major credit cards.

Our website will endeavour to display all items in our current range. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes, whilst a product is in the range. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, then if the expected delivery date or 'NOT AVAILABLE' a will be highlighted in your shopping basket. Any date is liable to change. The stock status will also be displayed on your order confirmation.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different from that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy, below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value, please see How to Order.

Goods purchased via this site can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of despatch, for whatever reason. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. When returning your goods we advise that you send them recorded delivery as it remains your responsibility until received by us. Please be advised that the postal cost of any returns must be met by you. It is advisable to get a 'proof of posting' certificate from the Post Office. This will cover you if your good get lost in the post.
