How to Order

Online

The most convenient way is online. Once you have completed your order you will receive email confirmation. Should there be any queries we will email you back prior to dispatch of the goods.

Telephone

If you would prefer to place an order by telephone, our order line is 0844 800 3401. Lines are open from 10:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. You are welcome to leave enquiries on our answerphone outside of these hours and we will return your call. Alternatively, fax us on 01702 477770.

Post

To order by post, simply request a brochure, complete the order form and send it to:

Payment

We take all major credit and debit cards. Your credit/debit card will not be charged until your goods have been dispatched.

Delivery

All items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days following receipt of your order.

To give you the best possible service please provide us with your mobile phone number so we can notify you via our text message service with delivery status or options to reorganise a delivery for a more convenient day.

The charge for postage and packaging is £4.95 for mainland UK. All items will be sent either by courier or Royal Mail and may require a signature.

For postage and packaging to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and the Scilly Isles there will be a charge of £12.00.

Delivery of orders to France, Germany and the Netherlands is charged at £14.00 and takes two business days. If you wish an order to be delivered to another European country, please contact us to obtain a personalised quote.

Gift wrap

We offer a giftwrap service at a cost of £3.50 which consists of a gift box, paper and ribbon; add a short message and we will include a handwritten card. Please add the charge to your order when checking out.

Returns or Exchanges

Should for any reason you wish to return or exchange any items please return them to us within 14 days. Goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. When returning your goods we advise that you send them recorded delivery as they remain your responsibility until received by us. Please be advised that the postal costs of any returns must be met by you. It is advisable to get a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office. This will cover you if your goods get lost in the post.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
